• About Panasonic Well: Panasonic Well is a venture and business incubator from the Panasonic Group focused on pioneering new health and wellness solutions by connecting hardware, software and services through industry-leading, responsible AI. • About The Role: As a Senior Data Engineer at Panasonic Well, you will be at the forefront of using data and analytics to drive wellness for families across the world. • What You’ll Get To Do: Design, develop, and optimize automated data pipelines, identify ways to improve data reliability, own and evolve data architecture, drive continuous improvement in data workflows, and work closely with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Product Managers. • What You’ll Bring: 5+ years of experience, proficiency in building data pipelines in Python/Kotlin, eagerness to learn, deep understanding of database solutions, experience with data privacy regulations, and comfort with new technologies. • What We Offer: Flexibility in work at Panasonic Well with a hybrid workplace model post-pandemic, local employees expected in office on Mondays & Wednesdays, competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a culture of continuous improvement and employee well-being.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technology industry experience, with proven experience architecting and maintaining robust data pipelines in complex environments • Proficiency in building data pipelines and solutions in Python and/or Kotlin. • Eagerness to learn new technologies or languages as needed to build scalable, maintainable software. • Deep understanding of relational, non-relational, time series and vector driven database / storage solutions, with the ability to choose the right solution for a given problem. • Experience building large scale data pipelines, build data models, normalize and standardize data for the use by various consumers and analysts. • Experience working with PCI, CCPA, GDPR and similar data privacy regulations. • Comfortable adapting to new platforms and tools (e.g., Snowflake, CockroachDB, Kafka) with a growth mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies. • Prior experience working with Analytics, Data Science and Product teams.
