• Drive new business growth through new logo acquisition. • Collaborate with the senior team on business development. • Create a defined business development roadmap across new customers, markets and segments. • Achieve assigned sales and new business targets (revenue & margin). • Create long lasting industry relationships with key targets and prospects. • Support the onboarding of new accounts and projects won. • Build, maintain and report your sales funnel and target customer list. • Provide input for further development of products based on customer needs.
• 5+ years of business development and direct sales experience in after sales, circular economy, distribution, retail, field service. • Industry segments of interest include; mobile, consumer electronics, payment, mobility and other emerging tech. • University degree (BS or BA) highly preferred. • Proven experience in after sales and circular economy with an emphasis on results-oriented environments. • Successful experience in leading a strategic business development process. • Previous experience in customer relationships, marketing, and planning. • Ability to drive the sales process under various pressures. • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills. • Leadership qualities, effective facilitation, moderation, and relationship skills. • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. • Flexibility, versatility, assertiveness, resourcefulness, and proactiveness.
