Description

• We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Group Product Manager, Payments to join our Payments team. • In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to spearhead the growth and enhancement of Phreesia’s payment products. • You’ll gain exposure and lead the full product lifecycle, including prioritization, roadmap development, product development, escalation management, and go-to-market execution. • Phreesia's suite of payments products caters to a wide range of clients, providing numerous challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS healthcare environment using an Agile development methodology. • Experience in developing and launching successful applications, preferably payment processing or similar applications. • Experience in the payments industry, or with a payment solution, including online/ecommerce, card present/POS, and recurring/card on file payments. • Experience with creating and integrating to payment APIs/SDKs, including hosted payment options, NFC/EMV, and P2PE is a plus. • Ability to set a product vision and strategy and to translate it into a concrete product roadmap. • Experience writing requirements and driving user stories through development sprints. • Experience leading product initiatives across multiple product teams. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. • Preferred experience in people management.
