Description

•Bitcoin Depot is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO). •Responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the finance and internal accounting activities. •Provide regular, accurate and meaningful financial reporting to the Executive Management team. •Develop budgets and reporting to monitor and enhance the financial performance of each business unit. •Ensure effective internal controls are in place to increase efficiencies and minimize errors. •Act as the primary contact with outside auditors for the firm-level audits. •Assist with all financial-related aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including capital raising strategies. •Assist the senior team in fundraising activities, including interfacing with bankers and investors.

Requirements

•Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent required (CPA and/or MBA highly desirable) •Proven track record as an experienced Chief Financial Officer in a public company/Fintech •Smart and analytical individual who can produce complex financial models, forecasts and reporting •Hands-on with the ability to think outside of the box and solve unexpected problems •Strong technical skills and working knowledge of accounting software and other reporting and presentation tools •Excellent leadership and communication skills including experience managing a team
