Description

• A Principal Consultant Client Services at Argano play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the Client Services family. • Responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with mid to large size clients. • Provide advanced technical support and configuration when requested. • Act as a bridge between the client and Argano. • Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs. • Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials Applications to provide solutions. • Work collaboratively with project teams and clients' employees. • Manage and oversee client accounts, including contract renewals and upselling. • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional client service. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field expected. • MBA or relevant master's degree expected. • 5 - 10 years of Client Services experience or in related field. • Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant. • Experience with Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades. • CPA certification is a plus. • Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills. • Proven experience with guiding clients through business process improvements. • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple task assignments. • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances. • Proficient with MS Office applications. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Experience providing complex solutions to clients.
