• Lead a team of Finance Business Partners and FP&A Professionals • Create relevant, accurate, and timely information for decisions • Drive effective weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning and forecasting processes • Timely, concise management reporting, including dashboards and recurring monthly business review information • Develop insights and recommendations to improve business performance • Conduct scenario analysis to understand opportunities and risks to the financial plan • Support capital budgeting and reporting processes • Facilitate communication to co-develop annual plan timeline/structure • Act as an advisor for analysis and decision-making
• Undergraduate degree in Business (preferably Finance or Accounting) • Relevant designation: CPA • Minimum of ten years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in a FP&A leadership role • Experience leading business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for a growing organization operating in multiple jurisdictions • Ability to visualize data to convey analytical insights • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal • Ability to extract, dissect, and analyze large and complex quantities of data drawn from various systems and create actionable insights for various key stakeholders within the Company • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with strong financial modeling experience • Outcome-oriented with an ability to make a difference in short-order • Public company experience will be considered an asset • Business strategy modeling and portfolio management • Influencing business decisions • Driving business value & performance • Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on process rigor • Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills combined with outstanding business acumen • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience advising and engaging senior stakeholders and leading initiatives across cross-functional teams • Ability to drive urgency while maintaining high quality of work • Strong team leadership skills • Specialized knowledge in the auto body repair industry would be an asset • Sound knowledge of financial statements and operational reporting
