Description

• Meet knownwell, weight-inclusive healthcare for all. • Join a dynamic company that is changing the way care is delivered for patients with obesity. • knownwell is a weight-inclusive healthcare company offering metabolic health services, primary care, nutrition counseling and behavioral health services for anyone of any size. • Our hybrid model allows for both in-clinic and virtual care to bring support to patients where and when they need it. • As SVP of Finance, you will lead the financial strategy and operations to support knownwell’s growth goals. • You will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while staying compliant with regulatory requirements. • The ideal candidate will bring experience in insurance-based, hybrid care delivery models, a track record of success in scaling finance functions, and expertise in capital raises.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred • 12+ years of financial management experience, with a focus on healthcare services in growth stage companies • Knowledge of corporate practice of medicine funds flow management in both fee-for-service and at-risk, value-based payment models • Deep knowledge in the financial implications of a hybrid-care delivery business (in-person and virtual healthcare services) • Deep knowledge in fee-for-service commercial reimbursement, as well as government payors • Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize patterns and trends in complex financial data • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders • Proven track record in financial leadership roles within early growth companies, demonstrating the ability to build scalable financial processes and support rapid organizational expansion • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements • Strong understanding of P&L, profitability analysis, and proficient knowledge of GAAP accounting • Experience in fundraising and managing investor relations
