• As Lead Marketing Manager for Germany, you are responsible for Bitpanda’s campaigns and marketing initiatives. • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to optimise marketing ROI. • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external vendors, agencies, and key partners. • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve marketing strategies. • Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to senior management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an online marketing role and Fluent in German and English. • Strong understanding of the fintech industry. • Proven ability to design and execute successful marketing campaigns. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms. • Exceptional project management and organisational skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
