• develop and manage North American demand marketing strategy • lead, mentor, and develop regional demand marketers • design programs supporting demand marketing strategy • use data to evaluate and optimize marketing efforts • implement integrated campaigns, events, and initiatives • create playbooks outlining messaging and tactics • collaborate with channel marketing teams • gather and deliver sales feedback • lead execution of ABX initiatives • support event logistics and broader marketing initiatives

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in demand/growth/revenue marketing • experience in demand, revenue, or growth marketing within a cybersecurity organization • strong collaboration skills with senior sales leadership • analytical expertise to track metrics and optimize marketing funnel • experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs • ability to assess program effectiveness and make data-informed decisions • experience managing budgets across different marketing channels • excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills • strong communication skills and ability to act on feedback • familiarity with marketing and sales systems
