β’ Company is a dynamic B-round startup revolutionizing compliance automation landscape. β’ Seeking Director of Field Marketing to lead integrated marketing programs and events. β’ Role involves developing frameworks for execution of events to drive qualified leads. β’ Overseeing end-to-end event process and managing logistical details. β’ Collaborating with various teams to support events and marketing activities. β’ Monitoring KPIs and program effectiveness while managing budgets. β’ Building relationships with vendors and strategic partners for enhanced execution.
β’ 5+ years of marketing and event experience for B2B SaaS companies β’ Experience in the GRC or Cyber Security industry a plus β’ Ability to multitask programs and projects with short timeframes. Competing priorities and ambiguity do not slow you down. β’ Knowledge of and experience working with the partner ecosystem and best practices in partner marketing and co-marketing β’ Deep understanding of event operations, agency management and industry standards for events targeting the enterprise segment β’ Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as strong analytical skills to quantify impact on lead and pipeline generation activities. β’ Problem solver who can anticipate problems, know when to escalate, understand what tradeoffs should be made, and balance the needs of the business with delivering an experience that is valuable to the attendees β’ Detail oriented planner with strong project management skills and ability to manage timeline with many moving parts and stakeholders, who can prioritize effectively to drive execution, and with the ability to think on your feet to discover creative solutions β’ Excellent written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building β’ Relentlessly high standards β’ Experience with MarTech systems such as Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo β’ Ability to travel to events and activities (Approximately 25%, mostly in North America. Some international travel may be required.)
