Description

• BLACKBIRD.AI protects organizations from narrative attacks created by deep fakes, misinformation and disinformation. • We are looking for a highly skilled Account Manager (Cyber Security) to join our growing team. • Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success. • Use data-driven insights and analytics to optimize customer experience, identify up-selling opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions. • Drive growth by identifying additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts. • Ensure smooth onboarding processes in collaboration with our sales and intelligence teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. • Support the renewal process and contribute to growing client revenue.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in account management, customer success, or related fields in the enterprise software, SaaS, or cybersecurity industries. • Experience working in the cybersecurity space, with a solid understanding of its key challenges and business drivers and blockers. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity tools and processes. • Strong understanding of the Threat/Vulnerability landscape. • Must have experience in a fast-paced, product-based startup environment, ideally within AI or cybersecurity sectors. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and improve client relationships. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and deliver successful outcomes in a dynamic environment. • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and G-Suite applications. • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
