Description

• Partner with the Sales Team, Executive team, and Company to bring the BlackCloak Platform to the market. • Sales Enablement: Empower the sales team with tools, resources and insights necessary for success. Ensure that marketing initiatives seamlessly translate into sales strategies. • Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms. Ensure that content aligns with BlackCloak’s brand voice, product positioning and marketing objectives. • Demand Generation: Develop and implement strategies to drive lead acquisition and nurture prospects through the sales funnel. Use a blend of content, events, and digital tactics to optimize conversion rates. Collaborate with sales to align efforts and enhance lead quality. • Strategic Leadership: Develop, implement and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives. Provide strategic direction to ensure all initiatives support the organization's long-term goals. • Product Positioning and Messaging: Direct and refine product positions, ensuring that BlackCloak offerings are uniquely presented and resonate with target markets (B2B (Main Focus), HNWI, Partnerships). • Brand management and Press Strategy: Oversee brand consistency. Develop and execute a press strategy that enhances BlackCloak’s reputation and presence in the Cybersecurity sector. • Customer Relations: Cultivate relationships with our potential customers. Design and implement strategies that position BlackCloak as a leader and go-to authority in Digital Executive Protection. • Market Intelligence: Harness market insights to inform and refine the marketing strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts and emerging opportunities to ensure BlackCloak remains at the forefront. • Field Marketing: Lead field marketing initiatives, coordinate events and other on-the ground activities that expand BlackCloak’s presence and influence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experiencePrevious experience and knowledge of Cybersecurity is a MUST • Prior experience with privacy products and fraud/identity theft is helpful • Relevant BA/BS degree • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a success track record of developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. • Experience managing up, across an executive team, and a small teamExceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Extensive experience with CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot a plus) and marketing automation solutions. • Deep understanding of how to optimize the infrastructure, workflows, and analytics • Expert understanding of the lead-to-sales funnel and demand generation • Quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI; exceptional analytical and reporting skills • Experience with Account-based Marketing • Stellar written and oral communication skills • Experience in website design and content development; Google Analytics • Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
