Description

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for clinical trial recruitment. • Lead Collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies clarification with study goals and achieve enrollment goals. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective execution. • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve enrollment goals. • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to optimize recruitment efforts. • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Experience in clinical trial recruitment, marketing, or project management. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
