📋 Description

• The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through successful software implementations while coordinating efforts across technical and customer-facing teams. • This position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in dynamic environments and brings structure to complex initiatives. • The ideal candidate excels at building strong client relationships, translating business needs into actionable plans, and continuously refining processes to drive efficiency and quality. • Rooted in collaboration and impact, this role is well-suited for someone who is both operationally minded and passionate about creating meaningful outcomes in a mission-driven organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a software implementation role. • Strong understanding of using data to solve business problems. • Demonstrated ability in process improvement, with a track record of designing and implementing new processes that increase efficiency and effectiveness. • Technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven experience managing multiple, concurrent projects. • Strong client-facing and communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Familiarity with Asana or other project management tools. • PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
