🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in or adjacent to regulated industries with data-driven products β€’ Experience scaling a sales team during a hyper growth phase β€’ Demonstrated ability to close complex enterprise deals ($100K+) β€’ Strong preference for candidates from nimble, scrappy environments rather than large corporate backgrounds - we need builders, not maintainers β€’ Experience selling into highly regulated industries (utilities, financial services, healthcare) is a plus β€’ Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, train and retain top talent β€’ Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills β€’ Capability for understanding and explaining technology β€’ Strategic skills in communicating customer needs β€’ Collaborative approach to setting incentives for the whole team β€’ Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
