• Blavity Inc. seeks a Manager, Performance Marketing Campaign to develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, memberships, and engagement for live events. • The Performance Campaign Manager position is a (W2) Contractor. • This role supports engagement and marketing for a portfolio of live events, including AfroTech Conference, Blavity events, and our membership platform. • You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive email and paid marketing programs that captivate our audience and drive event ticket sales. • This role will focus on paid media, email strategy, conversion optimization, and audience targeting strategies to maximize ROI and enhance customer acquisition efforts. • The ideal candidate will be an expert in data-driven marketing, customer journey mapping, and audience segmentation. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute performance-driven campaigns across multiple channels.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. • Experience: 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media strategy, or growth marketing with a strong emphasis on conversion optimization. • Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and marketing analytics tools. • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance. • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and CRO best practices. • Hands-on experience with audience segmentation, retargeting, and lead nurturing strategies. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for digital marketing, audience engagement, and leveraging data to drive decisions. • Entrepreneurial attitude; ongoing passion to adjust marketing strategies to stay relevant and improve performance. • A healthy appreciation of GIFs and Black culture.
