• We are looking for a digital marketing and operations expert who is excited to build pipeline through multi-channel campaigns, optimize campaign performance, and partner closely with sales to fuel company growth. • You’ll be responsible for managing our digital marketing efforts, streamlining marketing operations, and ensuring strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams. • A successful candidate will be analytical and results-focused, with a passion for leveraging data, automation, and digital channels to drive results. • This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation. • This full-time, salaried role is remote-eligible, with a preference for candidates in CST or EST.
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, and/or marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment • Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar) • Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social • Expertise in data-driven marketing, including campaign measurement, A/B testing, and lead attribution • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, paid media platforms, and marketing performance tools • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • Excellent project management skills with a strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and agency partnerships • Ability to work in ET or CT hours with occasional travel (~5%) • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
