📋 Description
• Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. • Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn & YouTube. • Identify new growth opportunities by testing emerging channels, audiences, and creative approaches. • Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle — from strategy to execution, optimization, and reporting. • Set clear objectives and KPIs for each campaign, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize for ROI and efficiency. • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and visuals. • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights, presenting findings to internal teams and leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on growth across channels like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a growth-oriented mindset. • Experience in growth marketing for startups or high-growth environments. • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies and lifecycle marketing. • Experience with CRM & marketing automation.
