• Create and execute a cohesive content strategy that supports business objectives and aligns with our product positioning and marketing goals. • Write compelling content for a variety of formats including blog posts, white papers, website copy, product pages, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, etc. • Translate complex healthcare and pharmaceutical topics into clear, concise, and relatable content for various audiences. • Craft marketing-oriented copy for digital campaigns, product launches, sales collateral, and lead generation efforts, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all materials. • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar that aligns with business goals and product launches, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. • Develop a tone of voice guide and maintain consistency across all touchpoints. • Conduct research to ensure the accuracy of all content, staying updated with healthcare industry trends. • Track the effectiveness of content efforts by monitoring performance metrics. Use insights to continuously improve content strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a content strategist / copywriter, preferably within B2B healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or technology sectors • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types (digital, print, etc.) • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail • Ability to distill complex concepts into simple, engaging, and accessible language • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup setting • A bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
