Description

• Lead the end-to-end instructional design process for complex learning projects • Apply advanced instructional design theories and best practices to create learner-centric solutions • Develop comprehensive curricula, including training modules, e-learning courses, and blended learning programs • Create engaging and interactive learning content using modern authoring tools and technologies • Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and objectives • Translate complex technical or operational concepts into clear learning materials • Oversee multiple instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget • Develop and implement assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness • Stay current with trends in instructional design, adult learning theories, and educational technologies • Mentor junior instructional designers and support team professional development • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through sharing best practices

Requirements

• CPLP certification or a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related field • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles, with a focus on digital and blended learning solutions • Proven track record of leading and executing large-scale learning projects • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms • Exceptional project management and organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proactive work ethic, constantly pushing themselves to learn • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast paced environments • Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or contact centers is a plus • Familiarity with data analytics tools for evaluating learning outcomes is a plus
