🎯 Requirements

• Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in customer success roles within SaaS or digital content environments, with a proven track record of solving complex customer challenges. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels. • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Learning & Development or Talent Development teams is desirable, providing insights into their unique challenges and how Blinkist can support their objectives. • Problem Solver: Creative and driven, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within customer accounts. • Collaborative Team Player: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, facilitating workshops and collaborating with partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
