• Blink Ops is the AI company powering the future of security automation. • Our platform automates complex processes with deterministic reliability. • You will grow our new business customer base and expand relationships with existing clients. • Responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. • Partner with prospects to understand their security and operational challenges. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction. • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and insights into market shifts and customer feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or Account Manager in a relevant space, such as cloud security, DevOps, SecOps, or IAM. • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • In-depth knowledge of the challenges and technologies associated with cloud operations, DevOps, SecOps, and IAM. • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Strong business acumen and the ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to closing. • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to foster trust with clients. • Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills. • Experience working with a sales tech stack, including CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement tools (like Mixmax, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator, Chorus, etc.), and marketing automation platforms. • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay ahead of industry trends. • Advantage : BS/MS degree in business administration, technology, or a related field.
