📋 Description

• The Zone Service Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing field service operations within their designated zone. • This leadership position involves managing a team of Area Service Managers, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and maintaining a profitable and efficient operation. • Additionally, the Zone Service Director is responsible for driving Customer Service Management (CSM) compliance, handling escalations, and effectively managing costs. • The Zone Service Director is a critical member of the leadership team, responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring the financial success of the designated zone. • Their strategic decision-making and effective team management contribute to the overall success of the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). • Experience: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a field service or operations environment. • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to drive performance and meet targets. • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
