📋 Description
•Spearhead production of premium research products including market analysis, competitive deep dives, and thematic reports. •Champion various research initiatives focused on emerging crypto protocols, market trends, and investment opportunities. •Work directly with the Head of Research to shape coverage priorities and resources. •Develop and maintain complex valuation frameworks for crypto assets. •Build and grow relationships with key industry stakeholders for unique insights. •Mentor and develop other analysts through knowledge sharing and collaborative projects.
🎯 Requirements
•At least four years of experience in crypto, traditional finance, consulting, or data analytics. •Exceptional analytical capabilities and expertise in developing sophisticated valuation models and conducting due diligence. •Deep domain expertise around blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, tokenomics, or crypto market microstructure. •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with a track record of translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. •Ability to swiftly comprehend complex topics and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
