Description

•Company Overview: Validation Cloud is a Web3 data streaming and infrastructure company. •Opportunity: Responsible for driving company growth through partnerships with blockchain networks. •Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with blockchain networks. •Engage with key blockchain network constituencies to secure testnet validator opportunities. •Negotiate proposals for token delegations from networks. •Work closely with technical teams to understand network requirements. •Research and analyze networks going Mainnet monthly. •Maintain and grow existing blockchain partnerships. •Represent company in blockchain network-focused events. •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in business development or venture capital, preferably in blockchain industry with a focus on early stage networks •Strong understanding of how blockchain network organizations operate; previous employment at L1, L2, Coin-listing, or Protocol Investment firm highly valuable or experience in a position closing deals with Blockchain Foundations •Proven track record of successful deal sourcing, negotiation, and closing •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Experience managing and reporting on a pipeline •Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills •Ability to work independently and as part of a team •No ego - win as a team
