📋 Description
• Drive communication and initiatives for employee satisfaction and engagement. • Lead high exposure projects to enhance culture and organization. • Develop comprehensive internal communications and strategies. • Work with marketing, HR, and departments to amplify initiatives. • Design communication strategies to keep employees informed. • Create feedback mechanisms for employee input. • Collaborate with HR and leadership for engagement initiatives. • Build a culture of recognition and celebrate achievements. • Utilize engagement metrics to assess initiatives' effectiveness. • Generate reports on engagement trends for stakeholders.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of Internal Communications experience • Extensive experience in project management with high exposure cross-functional teams • In-depth knowledge of employee engagement and communication strategies • HR experience (employee engagement/experience) • Proven track record of successful engagement initiatives
