📋 Description

• Support the Salesforce team in implementing solutions. • Manage Salesforce configuration changes. • Assist with implementing and maintaining robust security and data access. • Manage integrated applications and third party solutions with Salesforce. • Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions. • Mentor junior members as needed. • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features. • Assist with tickets as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Certified Salesforce Administrator. • Experience working with Sales and Support processes; Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. • Experience with documentation creation and management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Comfortability working independently as well as part of a team. • Nice to Haves: Experience with Experience Cloud and CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
