•BlueCat provides a suite of solutions that help optimize the IP environment for business outcomes. •At BlueCat, pride is taken in an award-winning culture with several prestigious accolades, including "Great Place to Work" certification. •We are looking for a Vice President, Professional Services responsible for coordination and execution of BlueCat’s services team ensuring delivery and product adoption. •This role is customer-facing, requiring interaction with various stakeholders at all levels for overall customer success. •Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers capable of guiding and inspiring Professional Services teams, while also being hands-on with operational tasks. •Responsibilities include leading a global professional services sales team, ensuring successful delivery of client projects, and aligning with business objectives. •Collaboration with other departments is crucial for cohesive customer engagement and service delivery.

🎯 Requirements

•7+ years of delivering and selling consulting services – consulting experience is desired or 5+ years of consulting / enterprise software implementation or transformation experience including driving business and operational change •Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving forecast accuracy with oversight responsibility for P&L performance with strong business acumen •Extensive experience in People management and team development skills, with the ability to quickly enable new capabilities to team members. •Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering value and achieving customer outcomes. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. •Enterprise level project management experience (SOWs, contract management, risk management, staffing)
