• Support BlueConic Experiences• Own the creation of value across the Customer Lifecycle• Develop unique solutions leveraging the BlueConic Experiences platform• Work with customer decisionmakers on success plans and strategy• Drive clear value; manage monthly calls and renewals

Requirements

• At least 2+ years account management and/or CSM experience• Clear and articulate communication skills• Ability to ensure value aligned with business objectives• Understanding of Enterprise organization structure and contracting processes• High marketing strategy IQ• Passion for helping companies with first party data strategy• Practical knowledge of multiple marketing or data technologies• Problem solving skills• Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful• Ability to lead cross-departmentally• Strong interpersonal skills• Resilience to thrive amidst changes
