📋 Description
• Blueland is revolutionizing conventional cleaning and personal care products to eliminate the need for single-use plastic packaging, while prioritizing the planet and people. • We are a science-driven company with a pipeline of proprietary products that started with our cleaning sprays and hand soap (we hold over 40 patents and patents pending worldwide). • To date, we’ve already helped divert more than 1 billion single-use plastic bottles from landfills and waterways. • We are looking for a motivated and analytical Retail Sales Analyst to help drive Blueland’s continued retail expansion. • This role will be instrumental in maintaining the brand's strong trajectory.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years of analytical experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with Looker (or similar BI tools) is a plus. • Familiarity with Kroger, Meijer, UNFI, Whole Foods, Target, and Costco preferred. • Strong track record of leveraging data to build compelling business cases. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy. • Ability to travel 1-4X per year, for customer & Blueland team meetings, demos, etc.
