Description

•This is a client support role. A typical day will be solving service requests, developing automation, optimizing processes and procedures, and expanding on your skillset. •When not tending to service requests, you will work to continue to develop and build on your skills. •This can mean taking on new or unfamiliar tasks or processes for a client, studying for a Kubernetes exam or acquiring additional Azure certifications. •We are looking for someone with at least three years of incident management experience with an obsession with customer satisfaction. •This is a standout opportunity to collaborate with an elite group of engineers, to continually build up your skillset and, in turn, build a career in the cloud industry. •Hours: Monday - Friday, various shifts, weekend and night on-call once a month.

Requirements

•3+ years of Azure cloud administration experience •3+ incident management experience •3+ years of system administration and networking experience •Identity/access management experience •Github experience •Terraform experience •Ticketing system experience •Linux/Windows server experience •Excellent communication skills •Strong multi-tasker •Self starter •Team player •Preferred Qualifications: •Jira and Confluence experience •AZ-104 - Microsoft Azure Administrator certification •Consulting experience •Enterprise experience •MSP experience •Cloud certifications •Docker/Kubernetes experience •CI/CD Experience
