📋 Description
• Ensure customers receive adequate support • Assist with medical imaging software and hardware implementations • Manage product setup and provide presentations to customers • Develop and tune integrations between applications
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare IT Technical Support role • Ability to solve complex problems related to PACS software implementation • Knowledge in Healthcare imaging Standards (HL7, DICOM, IHE) • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
