🎯 Requirements

• Worked at a similar company – at least one for 3-5+ years (or two/three in the last 7-15 years) • Successfully scaled high-growth brands—driving revenue, profitability, and brand equity through best-in-class digital marketing strategies • Part of company teams who are expert in customer acquisition, AOV, retention, and LTV with subscriptions memberships • Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments where strategies directly impact growth • Understand health and wellness consumers, especially women, their mindset, purchasing behavior, and the importance of trust and credibility in natural supplements • Very good communication skills in all mediums and interpersonally
