📋 Description

• LaunchDarkly’s Digital Marketing team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our mission to empower all teams to deliver and control their software. • This role will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across our key digital channels. • Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media campaigns that align with overall marketing and sales goals. • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and messaging. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, pipeline, and overall spend. • Provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team based on campaign performance data and customer behavior. • Define and segment B2B audience groups based on company size, industry, job title, interests, and behavior to ensure precision targeting. • Leverage account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools to target high-value accounts and decision-makers. • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad copy, visuals, and video content that resonate with our audience. • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and maximum ROI. • Regularly track and adjust budget allocation based on performance data and changing business needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably 2+ years in paid social. • Strong expertise in paid social media marketing, programmatic display, content syndication, and appointment setting. • Proven track record of successfully executing lead generation campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes. • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
