📋 Description
• Reporting to the FIS Sr. Technical Manager, responsible for development, analytical and reporting support • Applies standard programming procedures and knowledge of pertinent functional areas • Analyzes needs, designs, writes and tests new programs and applications • Maintains and revises existing systems and provides technical assistance • Coordinates with management to develop & test, maintain, and support a variety of Finance, web and other related application interfaces, reports, tools and scorecards • Troubleshoots technical issues and identifies modifications needed in existing applications • Provides technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives • Maintains, improves and automates existing reports • Produces technical documentation for new and existing applications • Provides technical advice and support to users
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of INFOR ERP preferred • Demonstrated technical application support required • Knowledge of IPA preferred • Java, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, SQL required • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to consistently prioritize and produce accurate work within set deadlines required • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills • Ability to work within team environment • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential • Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access and PowerPoint) • Ability to take on additional roles and responsibilities as required • Knowledge of the hospital industry experience a plus • Finance knowledge experience a plus • Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years experience
