Description

• Assesses business requirements, analyzes structure and data flow to satisfy the business requirements. • Document detailed business requirements and provide recommendations to refine the business processes. • Interface with the client and technology delivery teams, supporting the design and delivery of medium to large scale database solutions. • Take ownership of all written documentation including requirements, functional specifications, test plans, and production ready manuals. • Work with and support technical staff in the design, development, and testing of the solution. • Support production staff and client end users in the use of designed solution. • Function as BSA for special projects. • Creates user stories for testing / QA. • Participates in a variety of meetings, groups, and committees to communicate and confer about analysis of existing procedures and systems, determine complexities of new systems and projects, prepare for testing, discuss the roll-out of projects and software upgrades, and discuss other applicable issues. • Documents system changes and access to systems and information utilizing approved information technology security policies, standards and guidelines. • Effectively communicates with all levels of the organization to ensure projects success and user needs are identified and met. • May need to make presentations to a wide-variety of audiences across the bank. • May perform all or some of the responsibilities above and all positions perform other related duties as assigned. • Support test strategy definition, test requirements definition, development of test scenarios, and execution of test phases. • Communicate project progress with all levels of stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Equivalent; advanced degree is a plus. • 7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Systems Implementation, Management of Implementation projects, project management experience. • Able to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data — and be able to make appropriate decisions to support the business. • Expert SQL skills required — writing queries/select statements to validate data, pull data, etc.; ability to understand intermediate level SQL code. • Proficient with QA procedures and methods, and proficient in MS Office. • Working knowledge of Web Technologies (HTML, XML, web services, etc.). • Knowledge of Agility, SDLC, CRM platforms lifecycle activities. • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated. • Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity. • Experience delivering projects based on enterprise development technologies and frameworks. • Demonstrated ability to move projects forward through all phases (sales, discovery, scoping, development, QA, UAT, deployment & ongoing support). • Reinforces team approach throughout practice both on client projects and internal initiatives. • Supports and solicits input from team members at all levels within the organization. • Strong project and people management skills. • Experience managing globally distributed resources. • Project risk and benefit management. • Strong presentation and negotiation skills and Management via influence. • Experience in client-facing roles. • Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies. • Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships; maintains lasting client relationships. • Takes ownership of deliverable to ensure practice delivers superior solutions to clients. • Able to manage issues and provide senior level resolution to client. • High degree of personal and professional Integrity.
