Description

• Support projects and customer engagements with SPTR needs • Support pre-commercial customer engagements and ensure the successful and timely completion of all SPTR related pre-launch activities. • Provide operational support related to State Price Transparency reporting obligations, including the preparation of pricing transparency reports • Update and/or develop policies and procedure documentation for customers to ensure compliance with government regulations and effective corporate governance • Create deliverables of utmost quality for customers, manage expectations internally and externally, and provide on or ahead of time delivery to ensure customer account satisfaction in order to encourage referrals, drive incremental revenue opportunities, and ensure renewal business on existing accounts

Requirements

• Minimum B.A. / B.S. • 3+ Life Sciences industry experience suggested • Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of cross-functional team work • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent presentation skills • Excellent business analytical skills, a high accuracy rate, and attention to detail • Demonstrate problem solving and decision-making skills with the ability to “think on their feet” and suggest alternatives and solutions • Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
