Description

• Support administrative and programmatic operations including providing administrative, analytical, and logistical support to grant business processes. • Coordinate, manage, and provide logistical, administrative, and analytic support to meetings involving internal and external stakeholders. • Gather, analyze, compose, and/or edit to develop documents, reports, presentations, guidance documents, requirements, and regulations. • Independently research and resolve or offer solutions to problems in performing a variety of duties. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel. • Keep informed of the mission, organizational structure, key personnel, current activities, status of current projects, and any issues affecting the organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required • 0-3 years of relevant professional experience • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills • Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
