Description

• Founded in 2003, IT Concepts values customer-centricity, teamwork, driven to deliver, innovation, and integrity. • IT Concepts is looking for an experienced Program Analyst Lead to support Veterans Affairs. • You will gather, compile, and analyze source data for data-driven decisions. • You’ll work with program leadership to develop metrics, analysis and interact with client stakeholders. • Guide junior team members and ensure projects stay on task and schedule. • Create tools to inform clients and recommend improvements to program leadership. • Impact the client organization through contributions to program strategy and improved delivery.

Requirements

• Experience with project coordination, business process mapping, organizational design, and strategy • Experience in leading teams • Extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems and COTS and development software. • Must be well versed in structured analysis and design methodologies for translating systems requirements. • Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk. • Data SME with experience collecting and deriving meaningful conclusions from large existing information data sets. • Experienced Data SME able to translate requirements into useful data insights. • Experience in management consulting field, including strategy and change management. • Represent/assist with flowcharting group sessions. • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Excel. • Experience leading small teams delivering data analysis and technical recommendations. • Excellent oral/written communication and the ability to multitask, adapt and work independently. • Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, math or engineering and 5 yrs of experience or 8 additional years of experience to substitute for a Bachelor’s.
