Requirements

β€’ Speak both English & Spanish fluently β€’ Experience working in a start-up culture with the ability to adapt quickly. β€’ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with grit and accountability. β€’ Confidence and strong communication skills for client interactions (both verbal and written). β€’ Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams. β€’ 3-5 years of experience as a manager. SaaS experience is a plus. β€’ Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred). β€’ Previous experience in the FinTech or logistics industry (a plus). β€’ Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members. β€’ An analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
