β’ Speak both English & Spanish fluently β’ Experience working in a start-up culture with the ability to adapt quickly. β’ A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with grit and accountability. β’ Confidence and strong communication skills for client interactions (both verbal and written). β’ Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams. β’ 3-5 years of experience as a manager. SaaS experience is a plus. β’ Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred). β’ Previous experience in the FinTech or logistics industry (a plus). β’ Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members. β’ An analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
