• Speak both English & Spanish fluently • Experience working in a start-up culture with the ability to adapt quickly. • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with grit and accountability. • Confidence and strong communication skills for client interactions (both verbal and written). • Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate teams. • 3-5 years of experience as a manager. SaaS experience is a plus. • Tech-savviness and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred). • Previous experience in the FinTech or logistics industry (a plus). • Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and support team members. • An analytical mindset to evaluate performance metrics and develop actionable strategies.
