Description

• Promote ongoing sales growth and client retention through managing broker relationships • Research, identify, and recommend new business leads • Establish new agent relationships and conduct cold calls for new business opportunities • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, accounting firms, CPAs to generate referrals • Educate brokers about the FrankCrum product line and provide updates and training • Train brokers on how to market and sell the FrankCrum product line • Develop and manage budgets for the External Sales Department • Send out regular Constant Contact campaigns and add new contacts monthly • Meet monthly goals for RFPs submitted and attend relevant events as directed

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service, written, listening and communication skills, and sales experience • Knowledge of the PEO structure, cold-calling, prospecting, negotiation, probability and risk management is preferred • Able to work remotely and successfully manage the Arizona territory
