Description

• The Regional Sales Manager leads the sales team and implements strategic sales initiatives for the Western Region. • Work with the Channel Sales Manager to drive growth and enhance market share. • Build and guide a high-performing sales team for equipment and aftermarket segments. • Monitor and evaluate KPIs ensuring alignment with goals. • Develop relationships with key distributors and customers to drive sales growth. • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions in the compressed air sector. • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred. • 5+ years of Business-to-Business Sales Leadership experience in the industrial equipment space. • Experience recruiting and training salespeople. • Must have experience driving a disciplined, metrics-driven professional sales process. • Air compressor experience is preferred. • Strong background in direct sales to industrial end users preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word. • Use of CRM system – Salesforce preferred. • Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.
