β€’ We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Manager to join our client's team. β€’ In this role, you will be responsible for leading the service sales efforts of the organization, focusing on driving revenue growth through their maintenance service offerings. β€’ Your key responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, overseeing a team of service sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with their services. β€’ Develop and implement effective service sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. β€’ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of service sales representatives to optimize performance and drive results. β€’ Identify market opportunities and build relationships with new and existing clients. β€’ Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support. β€’ Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. β€’ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain market competitiveness.

Requirements

β€’ Experience as a service sales representative β€’ 5+ years of experience in service sales management, preferably in the equipment or machinery industry β€’ Strong leadership and team management skills β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets β€’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills β€’ Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities β€’ Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
