β’ Extensive Hubspot CRM experience in system administration, workflow automation, and data management. β’ Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and pipeline management. β’ Strong understanding of sales metrics and operational analytics. β’ Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes. β’ Experience with sales technology stack administration. β’ Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. β’ Experience driving process adoption across diverse teams. β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field. β’ Interest in climate is a plus!
