Requirements

β€’ Extensive Hubspot CRM experience in system administration, workflow automation, and data management. β€’ Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and pipeline management. β€’ Strong understanding of sales metrics and operational analytics. β€’ Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes. β€’ Experience with sales technology stack administration. β€’ Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives. β€’ Experience driving process adoption across diverse teams. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field. β€’ Interest in climate is a plus!
