β€’ A LITTLE BIT ABOUT Boldr β€’ Boldr is the first global B-Corp dedicated to delivering world-class Client experiences while creating access to dignified, meaningful work in communities around the world. β€’ We are a global team, united by our desire to connect diverse people with common values for boldr impact. β€’ We employ just over a thousand team members across five countries and we want to employ over 5,000 people by 2027, if not sooner. β€’ LET’S START WITH OUR VALUES β€’ Meaningful connections start with AUTHENTICITY β€’ We do our best work by being CURIOUS β€’ We grow by remaining DYNAMIC β€’ Our success combines AMBITIOUS VISION with OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE β€’ At the heart of great partnerships we’ll always find EMPATHY β€’ WHAT IS YOUR ROLE β€’ As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator at Boldr, you will play an instrumental role in enhancing our Talent Acquisition process. β€’ In this position, you will assist in streamlining recruitment operations, ensuring smooth and efficient hiring activities. β€’ Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with recruiters , contributing to the creation of a positive experience for candidates, and handling various administrative tasks. β€’ This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn the intricacies of talent acquisition and develop skills essential for a career in Talent Acquisition. β€’ WHY DO WE WANT YOU β€’ We are on the lookout for dynamic individuals who are driven to contribute significantly to Boldr's growth and embody our Purpose. β€’ We value team members who are fully committed, share their unique talents and perspectives, and embody our core values: Curious, Dynamic, and Authentic. β€’ As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator, your impact will be critical in shaping our team's success and driving our company forward. β€’ WHAT WILL YOU DO β€’ Post job openings on various job boards and company career websites. β€’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system. β€’ Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements. β€’ Generate contracts and manage offer acceptance documentation. β€’ Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. β€’ Manage the hiring feedback process to ensure the Talent Acquisition team are aware of feedback after a role has closed. β€’ Coordinate job intakes to ensure we capture the hiring requirements accurately prior to a role kicking off. β€’ Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance. β€’ Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. β€’ Ensure that new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and training schedules are prepared in advance. β€’ Helping with sourcing, screening, and interviews. β€’ Other recruiter tasks will be assigned from time to time.
