• This is a work-from-home setup. • You would work either of these shifts (to be determined): • You would work a split shift (approximately 8am-1pm EST and then 9pm-1am EST) • You would work a Mid-shift (approximately 3:30am - 12:30pm EST) • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking events. • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and interview feedback. • Assist in managing job postings and candidate communications. • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to build the company’s talent pipeline. • Support the onboarding process for new hires as needed. • Continuously improve recruiting strategies to ensure the best candidate experience. • Based in the Philippines with consistent availability for a long-term role. • Educational background from a top-tier university, ideally one of the “Big Four” in the Philippines, combined with continuous learning and professional development in talent acquisition or HR. • Highly organized and outstanding organizational ability • A team player who has a willingness to learn and grow at a fast-pace • Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills • Strong academic background who graduated with an outstanding General Weighted Average • Be able to work independently and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Have a demonstrated ability to learn new things quickly and think on your feet • Can work through obstacles and challenges • Be highly organized with strong time management skills • Be results-driven and goal-oriented
• Hourly compensation is in $USD • We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills • Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own • Target 42.5 billable hours per week • Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings • 20 vacation days per year • 5 sick days per year • 7 company holidays per year • 15 life leave days per year.
