📋 Description
• Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory environments. • Manage and support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware. • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell or Python to automate tasks and improve efficiency. • Administer and support both Windows and Linux servers. • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring their performance, availability, and security. • Manage and support Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Entra. • Administer and manage Docker containers (beneficial experience). • Provide IT support tailored to the needs of higher education institutions (beneficial experience). • Utilize ConnectWise Automate for system monitoring and management (beneficial experience). • Manage infrastructure in cloud service providers such as AWS, Azure, and OCI (beneficial experience).
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, and VMware. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python. • Experience with Windows and Linux server administration. • Familiarity with database administration. • Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Microsoft Entra. • Beneficial experience with Docker containers, higher education environments, ConnectWise Automate, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, OCI). • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
