•Prospect into Web3 organisations to schedule meetings with decision makers. •Organise and run sales calls to determine feasibility of collaboration. •Close deals by negotiating terms with stakeholders. •Bring to market new product offerings and test their traction. •Manage deal pipeline from prospecting to invoicing. •Reflect product growth in sales pitches and demo materials. •Advise commercial product roadmap based on client feedback.
•A minimum of 2-4 years in a digital sales role or commercial role within a startup environment. •Familiarity with the web3 industry and a passion for its potential impact. •Self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities without supervision. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. •Ability and willingness to sell a growing and dynamic product offering. •Previous sales experience in digital sales (preferred but not essential). •Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot and Monday.com (preferred but not essential).
