Description

• Prospect into Web3 organisations to schedule meetings with decision makers • Organise and run sales calls to determine feasibility of commercial collaboration • Close the deal: negotiate terms of each deal in pipeline • Manage entire deal pipeline from prospecting to invoicing • Reflect growth of product offering in sales pitches, decks and demo materials • Work closely with Business Development Lead to advise on commercial product roadmap

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-4 years in a digital sales role or commercial role within a startup environment • Familiarity with the web3 industry and a passion for its potential impact • Self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities without supervision • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Ability and willingness to sell a growing and dynamic product offering • Previous sales experience in digital sales (preferred but not essential) • Familiarity with platforms like Hubspot and Monday.com (preferred but not essential)
