β€’ Lead Global Total Rewards at Bonterra. β€’ Develop and implement comprehensive total rewards strategies and programs. β€’ Champion a human and high-performing culture through total rewards philosophy and assessments. β€’ Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs. β€’ Develop and maintain compensation programs including job architecture, level analysis, salary structures. β€’ Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs and other perks.

Requirements

β€’ 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, leading internal and external market analysis, equity programs and competitive rewards, employee benefits (medical/dental/401k) and other reward initiatives. β€’ Strategic mindset with a knack for transforming ideas into impactful total rewards initiatives. β€’ Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a creative flair to balance data with actionable insights, recommendations and insights. β€’ Strong consultative skills and highly effective in communicating clearly and persuasively with excellent influencing skills.
