β’ 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, leading internal and external market analysis, equity programs and competitive rewards, employee benefits (medical/dental/401k) and other reward initiatives. β’ Strategic mindset with a knack for transforming ideas into impactful total rewards initiatives. β’ Strong analytical capabilities, coupled with a creative flair to balance data with actionable insights, recommendations and insights. β’ Strong consultative skills and highly effective in communicating clearly and persuasively with excellent influencing skills.
